My name is Shay Scott,
The CEO of Loc'd & Loaded and Your go-to Loc Specialist in the Shreveport/Bossier area! our founding in 2020, we have been dedicated to providing expert services in retwisting, styling, color/dye, maintenance/detoxing, and reattachments. My passion for natural hair began at the young age of 11, experimenting with styles on my sisters and myself. It wasn't long before I honed my skills, and now, with the support of my husband, who inspired me to embark on this loc journey, I’m vert thril to help you achieve the perfect look for your locs!
